As Chicagoans get ready to head back into their homes, a new game of catch up is being held at Chicago’s parks and city hall.
The Game Day Challenge is a four-game series between the Chicago Cubs and Milwaukee Brewers.
The first game will take place at the Wrigley Field in Chicago, followed by the Brewers’ home opener at Wrigly Field on April 1.
The Game Day Challenges are part of the Cubs’ effort to reach their 100th victory on the road.
It’s the most wins in the franchise’s history and it ties the Cubs single-season record.
The last time the Cubs won 100 games at home was in 1995, and the first 100 games won at W, too.
The Cubs, who have a winning record in every game at W since the beginning of the 2017 season, are now 1-2 on the season.
That’s not good enough for the team that finished in last place in the National League Central last year.
That means a playoff spot for the Cubs is still out of reach.
The Brewers are also coming off their home opener.
The Brewers are 1-3 and still have to play the Cubs in the series.
That’ll be on April 15.
